Bu, Pak, betul ga kalau emulsifier/SP itu tidak boleh dimakan mentah/tidak dimasak?
Soalnya kalau mau bikin dalgona coffee di resepnya pake emulsifier. Nah, dalgona itu kan tdk mllui proses masak memasak. Jadi, apakah emulsifier itu aman? Tolong penjelasannya Pak, Bu. Terimakasih
