tidak benar bahwa saat menstruasi tidak boleh makan mentimun, itu adalah mitos. mitos yg tidak bisa di pertanggungjawabkan pernyataan nya. pemerintah melalui keminfo sudah mengklarifikasi melalui laman web kominfo bahwa pernyataan tersebut adalah hoaks.
pola hidup sehat dan seimbang akan menjaga keseimbangan hormon dan menjaga siklus menstruasi. bila terjadi menstruasi yg tidak teratur, atau sering, segera hubungi dokter untuk mengetahui penyebab dan mendapat penanganan yg optimal, anda tidak perlu khawatir makan ketimun saad haid, karna pernyataan makan mentimun akan memicu kanker ovarium itu adalah hoax dan tidak benar.
