Olahraga apa ya dok yg cocok.untuk sy...dan menu apa yg cocok.juga untuk saya
Olahraga sesuai yang disenangi dan sesuai kemampuan tubuh, ini personalized sekali bisa kardio bisa strength training (push up, sit up, squat dll).
Menu yang cocok adalah 3x makan utama, 2-3x snack
Jenis menunya seimbang dan beragam yaitu dlm makan utama terdapat karbo, lauk hewani, lauk nabati sayur dan buah, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kalori harian.
