Coba evaluasi dulu ya kak:
1. apakah sudah konsisten untuk pengurangan kalori, berapa lama?
2. apakah defisit kalori/pengurangan kalori terlalu sedikit? biasanya konsumsi kurang dari basal metabolisme membuat tubuh mengganti ke mode hemat energi sehingga akan menurunkan metabolisme. Metabolisme turun akibatnya saat makan dengan kalori agak banyak, langsung di simpan ke dalam tubuh karena tubuh. Ini yang membuat berat badan semakin cepat naik. Solusinya hitung dulu basal metabolisme, kalori harian yg dibutuhkan tubuh dengan menggunakan data BB, TB, umur dan aktivitas Anda.
3. Apakah sudah diimbangi dengan olahraga? berapa lama? Olahraga jenis apa?
