Alangkah lebih baik jika Anda tidak mengonsumsi kalori per hari jauh di bawah nilai BMR Anda untuk jangka waktu yang lama sehingga fungsi metabolisme tubuh Anda tetap berjalan optimal serta mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya yoyo effect.
