Dear Ibu Faizeh Demire, kalau kamu mau menurunkan berat badan tapi tanpa olahraga tentu masih bisa dilakukan ya. Karena yang paling penting adalah mengatur jumlah asupan makanan yang masuk ke tubuh kamu. Olahraga sendiri dilakukan saat diet bertujuan agar makanan yang kamu makan diubah menjadi otot bukan lemak, selain itu tentu akan membuat tubuh kamu lebih bugar sehingga bisa tetap bergerak aktif tanpa kelelahan yang berarti
Tapi kalau kamu mau nurunin berat badan tanpa olahraga, kamu harus mengatur pola makan kamu dengan "Defisit Kalori". Artinya, jumlah kalori harian kamu harus dibatasi, biasanya berkisar antara 1200-1500 kkal/hari. Adapun jenis makanan yang dianjurkan adalah yang rendah kalori, rendah lemak, tapi tinggi protein dan tinggi serat serta cukupkan kebutuhan cairan kamu.
