selamat malam. protein hewani memiliki nilai bioavailabilitas yang tinggi yang nilai proteinnya lebih tinggi dibanding protein nabati. jika Anda tidak mengkonsumsi protein hewani maka bisa mengkonsumsi protein nabati dari sumber kacang - kacangan seperti tahu, tempe, kacang merah, kacang tolo, kacang tanah, dsb dalam jumlah yg lebih banyak karena tidak mengkonsumsi protein hewani yaitu sekitar 3-5 porsi/hari
