Dok, dalam keadaan berpuasa bagaimana caranya agar kalori bmr terpenuhi padahal sudah kenyang. Jika kalori 1600 saya makan 400 saat sahur lalu 200 makan malam dan cemilan buka puasa 1000 apakah berat badan saya akan turun? selain itu saya juga makannya malam hari dok apakah itu berpengaruh walaupun masih dalam tahap memenuhi kebutuha kalori?

Dalam proses penurunan berat badan jumlah kalori yang masuk harus di perhatikan, jika kebutuhan kalori harian 1600 dan yang di konsumsi 1600 juga maka kemungkinan berat badan turun sangat kecil, jika ingin menurunkan berat badan maka konsumsi makanan dengan defisit kalori. Misal kebutuhan 1600 kamu konsumsi 1200 maka tubuh akan defisit 400 kalori dan kemungkinan turun 0,4 kg selama 1 minggu. Jika masih dalam masa pertumbuhan kamu bisa imbangi dengan olahraga cardio juga seperti lari, bersepeda, jogging dll. Untuk cemilan selama bulan puasa sebaiknya pilih cemilan yang tidak terlalu manis dan berlemak ya..
