Bahan makananan hewani seperti daging, ayam, ikan merupakan sumber zat besi. Apabila sudah konsumsi makanan sumber zat besi namun tetap anemia, sebaiknya konsumsi suplemen zat besi namun berkonsultasi dulu dengan dokter terdekat.
Olahraga teratur yang berkonsentrasi ke pembentukan otot daerah perut bisa dilakukan. Usahakan olahraga dilakukan tiap hari minimal 20-30 menit.
