Selamat sore, Saya ingin sekali menurunkan berat badan, saat ini Saya memiliki berat 124Kg dan tinggi 175Cm, IMT Saya masuk di kategori 40 dan Saya rasa itu masalah buat Saya, apakah saya bisa dibantu untuk apa yang harus saya lakukan...untuk pola makan saya rasa biasa saja dengan porsi cukup namun kegiatan karena Saya baru lulus kuliah Saya rasa tidak begitu banyak kegiatan, mungkin disitu faktor penambhan berat badan Saya... sekian dok.

pertama, atur pola makan dengan 3x makanan utama dan 2x selingan.
pada makanan utama batasi asupan makanan berminyak/berlemak, bersantan serta makanan manis.
Tingkatkan asupan sayur dan buah.
cara penyajian paling efektif adalah ambil dulu sayur nya, lauk hewani, nabati, baru terakhir nasinya.
pengolahan makanan nya bisa dngan bakar/panggang, rebus/blanching, kukus/stim untuk mengurangi penggunaan minyak.
selingan nya buah utuh/jus buah tanpa tmbahan gula/skm.
lakukan aktifitas fisik min 30 menit per hari.
hindari rokok dan alokohol.
atur pola tidur 8 jam per hari.
konsisten.
