Hai Ign25, Cara terbaik untuk menambah berat badan tergantung kepada apa yang menyebabkan berat badan kamu berkurang atau rendah. Maka sebelum memulai program peningkatan berat badan, periksa terlebih dahulu apakah berat badan kamu memang berada di bawah normal dengan menghitung IMT (Indeks Massa Tubuh).
Berikut tips untuk menambah berat badan :
* Pilih makanan yang bergizi seimbang
Konsumsi lebih banyak buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran, kacang-kacangan, serta sumber protein tanpa lemak seperti tahu, tempe, dan daging ayam tanpa kulit.
* Makan lebih sering
Daripada makan dua hingga tiga kali sehari dalam porsi besar, lebih baik makan 5-6 kali sehari dalam porsi-porsi yang lebih kecil.
* Konsumsi jus atau smoothies
* Konsumsi camilan yang sehat
Kamu bisa konsumsi salad buah, salad sayur, buah alpukat dan kacang kedelai.
* Membiasakan diri untuk berolahraga
Olahraga yang melatih kekuatan dapat meningkatkan berat badan dengan cara membentuk otot. Selain itu, olahraga juga bermanfaat untuk membangkitkan nafsu makan.
* Istirahat cukup
Kurangnya waktu dan kualitas tidur berpotensi membuat metabolisme tubuh Kamu tidak dapat bekerja dengan baik. Dan sebaiknya, atur waktu tidur Kamu yaitu 7-8 jam setiap hari.
