Assalamualaikum wr wb...selamat malam dokter..bb sy 90 kg, tb 159cm, usia 34 tahun perempuan..sy sedang mnjalani diet tp sy masih bingung ngatur menu makanannya...misalnya pagi menu apa, siang apa, dan malam serta cemilan dan airinumnya gmn...sy masih bingung menghitungnya...kiranya adbyg bisa membantu takaranya gmn gitu😁...terimakasih banyak sebelumnya, mudah mudahan dokter semuanya sehat bahagia tdk kurang suatu apapun...
pagi siang malam : makan nasi maksimal 4 sendok makan. lauk hewani ayam tanpa kulit tidak goren/ikan tidak goreng/putih telur boleh.
tidak snack yg digoreng atau tepung.
snack : buah saja,misal apel 1.
