Bagaimana mengembalikan berat badan saya seperti sebelum hamil dan melahirkan? Sbg informasi saat ini berat badan saya 60kg dgn tinggi badan 155cm. Dmn BB SAYA sblm hamil berkisar 50-52kg. Saat hamil anak pertama naik 16kg dan turun 8kg setelah melahirkan. Hamil anak kedua naik 10kg dan turun 10kg.
