*Konsumsi aneka ragam makanan secara bervariasi
*Sumber karbohidrat komplek yang mengandung serat tinggi sehingga kenyang lebih lama (seperti oat, kentang, gandum, biji-bijian, beras merah dan beras hitam)
*Hindari sumber lemak jenuh, seperti makanan yang digoreng, lemak pada daging, mentega dan susu fullcream.
*Konsumsi makanan yang tinggi serat (seperti sayur dan buah)
*Makanan dengan nilai protein yang tinggi (seperti ikan, ayam tanpa kulit dan kacang - kacangan)
*Konsumsi cukup air putih (min 8 - 10 gelas/hari)
*Batasi makan gula, garam dan lemak berlebih
*Biasakan makan dengan pola piring T, yaitu setengah piring berisi sayuran, setengah piring lagi dibagi 2 menjadi seperempat piring berisi nasi dan seperempat sisanya berisi lauk.
Serta jangan lupa untuk menerapkan pola hidur sehat, rajin olahraga minimal 3 kali dalam seminggu selama 30 menit, cukup istirahat dan hindari stress... semoga membantu 😊
