Dear Ibu Asma, untuk berat badan ideal Anda berkisar 54 kg. Berdasarkan Bb dan Tb saat ini, status gizi Anda 27.35 Kg/m2 yang tergolong obesitas.
Menurunkan berat badan sebaiknya dilakukan secara bertahap agar tidak mengganggu metabolisme tubuh dan tentunya gak bikin Anda terkena Yoyo Syndrom. Dan ada batasan maksimal berat badan yang harus dikurangi sebesar 0,5-1 kg dalam seminggu atau 2-4 kg dalam sebulan.
Untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan berat badan ideal Anda bisa lakukan langkah berikut :
* Diet yang mengandung zat gizi seimbang, seperti karbohidrat (nasi/kentang/mie/roti), protein rendah lemak (ayam tanpa kulit, daging tanpa lemak, telur, ikan, tahu/tempe, kacang-kacangan), serat (sayur dan buah) dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kalori harian yaa.
* Makan dengan jadwal yang teratur yaitu 3 kali makan padat dan 2 kali selingan.
* Lakukan olahraga teratur setiap hari selama 30 menit atau 3 kali seminggu selama 60 menit
* Lakukan semua kegiatan sebagai kebiasaan yang menyenangkan disertai motivasi yang kuat dalam diri sendiri untuk disiplin melakukan program penurunan BB
* Melakukan gaya hidup sehat dengan konsumsi air putih min 8-10 gls/hari, istirahat cukup 6-8 jam dan selalu berpikir positif.
*Biasakan makan dengan pola piring T, yaitu setengah piring berisi sayuran, setengah piring lagi dibagi 2 menjadi seperempat piring berisi nasi dan seperempat sisanya berisi lauk.
