Selamat pagi kak Ahsanul Muslimah. Terimakasih atas pertanyaannya. Berat badan berkaitan dengan jumlah kalori yang masuk dan yang keluar. Jika jumlah kalori dari makanan yang masuk tinggi namun kalori yang keluar karena aktivitas fisik rendah, makan berat badan akan cenderung naik. Apabila anda ingin menurunkan berat badan, usahakan kaloti yang masuk lebih rendah daripada kalori yang keluar. Cobalah untuk berolahraga secara teratur minimal 20-30 menit setiap hari. Semoga jawaban saya dapat membantu. Salam sehat.
