_Fakta tentang Mie Shirataki Mie shirataki hanya terdiri dari 97% air dan 3% glukomanan, sehingga membuat mie ini sangat rendah kalori. Selain itu, glukomanan dapat memperlambat proses pencernaan makanan di dalam tubuh, sehingga perut akan terasa kenyang lebih lama.
