_Mau makan setelah mandi atau sebelum mandi tidak ada hubungannya dengan kesehatan > karena memang belum ada penelitian ilmiah yang menunjukkan hubungan antara kedua aktivitas ini.
_Jadi sebenarnya lebih tepat jika menganggap bahwa kedua masalah ini tidak berhubungan, sehingga tidak ada pantangan untuk makan setelah atau sebelum mandi.
_faktanya ada beberapa hal yang sebaiknya tidak dilakukan setelah makan, karena bisa memberikan efek buruk pada tubuh kita. Hal ini memang sudah diteliti secara ilmiah. Kedua hal yang dimaksud adalah merokok dan tidur segera setelah makan. Merokok dikaitkan dengan peningkatan asam lambung dan menyebabkan gangguan lambung serta saluran cerna. Sedangkan tidur segera setelah makan dianggap menjadi salah satu penyebab obesitas dan meningkatkan resiko terjadinya gangguan pada ulu hati.
