2. Brokoli > karena sayuran ini kaya akan vitamin, seperti vitamin E, A, dan C. Selain itu, brokoli juga mengandung mineral dan antioksidan. Cara mengolahnya pun tidak rumit. Cukup rebus sebentar, lalu santap selagi hangat.
