Dok tinggi badan saya 150 dan berat badan 48kg , saya kalo telat makan asam lambung gampang naik,kira kira porsi dan jadwal makan yang di anjurkan bagaimana ya?
Hai kak telly gaida, terimakasih sudah bertanya melalui dietducate. Buat kakak yg sering mengalami asam lambung yang naik, dianjurkan untuk makan dalam porsi yang kecil namun sering. usahakan setiap 3 jam lambung diisi kembali. bisa dengan mengkonsumsi biskuit, roti, atau snack lainnya. untuk mengakalinya kalau tidak sempat makan bisa membawa permen atau coklat yang manis di dalam tas. untuk menetralisir asam lambung yang mulai naik. jadwal makan utamanya tetap 3 kali sehari. tapi untuk snaknya d selingi di setiap waktu makan. Semoga membantu, dan semoga cepat sembuh.
