Untuk memberi metode diet dan anjuran menu berdasarkan kebutuhan gizi, saya perlu data mengenai :
1. Bagaimana aktivitas sehari-hari anda? (Kegiatan apakah pekerja kantor atau lapangan, dsb) Ringan, sedang, atau berat?
2. Apakah Anda sering berolahraga? bila ya, olahraga apa kah itu, dan dilakukan berapa kali per bulan?
3. Apakah ada alergi makanan? Apakah timbul rasa sesak/diare/kembung setelah mengonsumsi makanan tertentu?
3. Tolong cerita-kan kebiasaan makan Anda dan porsinya (+- 24 jam, dari bangun tidur hingga tidur lagi)
Contoh :
PAGI makan nasi 1 centong dengan 1 telur dadar, 1pepes tahu, 5sdm bobor bayam, 1sdm sambal yg banyak minyaknya, dan 2 buah kerupuk
JAM 10 makan pisang 1 buah.
SIANG makan nasi kuning 2 centong, 3sdm tempe orek, 1 ptg paha pentung ayam bakar, 3sdm tumis buncis, dll.
Makanan/minuman lain yg SERING dikonsumsi : es teh manis 3x sehari.
