Di dalam konsep isi piringku ini juga selain menerapkan batasan makanan dalam satu kali sajian piring makan, juga harus didukung dengan olahraga teratur, hidrasi sehat serta monitoring berat badan untuk menjaga agar tubuh tetap sehat dan terhidar dari masalah gizi maupun penyakit tidak menular, lalu jikalau kita hanya menjalankan konsep isi piringku saja kak tanpa berolahraga apakah hasilnya akan optimal atau tetap sama?

Betul sekali Kak Endi, untuk meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh, kesehatan dan imunitas tubuh, sebaiknya mengikuti konsep Pedoman Umum Gizi Seimbang karena ini merupakan pedoman yang dibuat oleh Kementerian Kesehatan untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Sehingga semua aspeknya sudah diperhitungkan dan diuji untuk kesesuaian kondisi masyarakat Indonesia. Tentunya hasil akan lebih baik bila kita mengikuti Pedoman Umum Gizi Seimbang
