Saya mau tanya, apakah ada perhitungan khusus (dlm hitungan timbangan) dalam mengkonsumsi wortel untuk mengurangi nyeri berdasarkan BB atau IMT agar hasilnya efektif?

Harap diperhatikan juga reputasi jurnal yang dibaca agar mendapatkan evidence based yang baik.
