Halo kak terimakasih sudah bertanya di Dietducate 😊, bila asam urat sudah tinggi perlu terapi obat ya dibarengi dengan menghindari makanan yang meningkatkan produksi asam urat seperti : segala jenis kaldu seperti soto, bakso, sop ayam, rawon, tengkleng, jeroan, sarden. Mengurangi makanan seperti kacang-kacangan seperti tempe tahu sehari 1x saja, susu kedelai edamame, kacang tanah 1-2x seminggu saja denga porsi yang tidak berlebihan 1-2 genggam saja.
Kemudian minum air putih dengan indikator urin berwarna bening,
