Waalaikumsalam, Berat badannya tergolong obesitas ya, untuk penurunan per minggu bisa 1-1,5 kg, dengan cara mengurangi konsumsi gorengan, tepung, dan perbanyak sayuran dan buah. Serta air putih per jamnya. Kegiatan olahraga bisa jogging atau berenang dilakukan secara rutin. Usahakan bisa 10.000 langkah sehari, untuk meningkatkan aktivitas fisiknya ya. Semangat
