_Jawaban Faktanya > MSG jika dimasak di atas suhu 120 derajat celcius akan berpotensi menjadi karsinogen alias pencetus kanker.
_Jadi sebaiknya Pengolahan mie instan > sesuai dengan petunjuk yang tertera di balik bungkus mie. Di mana dalam petunjuk yang tertera di balik bungkus mie adalah, saat dimasak, mi tidak dicampur langsung dengan bumbu. Bumbu diletakkan secara terpisah pada mangkuk yang akan disajikan. Setelah mie matang, angkat mie , tiriskan dan campurkan ke dalam bumbu yang telah kita letakkan di mangkuk.
_Atau untuk menghasilkan masakan yang lebih sehat, bumbu bawaan dari mie instan bisa diganti dengan bumbu hasil racikan dari dapur sendiri.
