Selamat sore, Penurunan berat badan yang sehat dimulai dari mengubah gaya hidup menjadi lebih sehat. Dimulai dengan menjaga keseimbangan konsumsi dan olahraga yang teratur. Bisa mulai kurangi porsi makan, makanan gorengan, tepung, tinggi lemak dan minuman manis bs dikurangi. Perbanyak air putih dan serat dari sayuran dan buah. Olahraga bisa dilakukan secara perlahan dan bertahap, dari mulai jalan kaki hingga peregangan setiap harinya. Semangat mencoba
