_pola makan agar tidak lemas dalam menjalani diet:
1. Konsisten/Disiplin dalam jam makan, Makanlah 3x sehari dan selalu makan tepat waktu > pola jam makan yang berubah-ubah memicu sakit maag.
2. Hindari jenis makanan yang menimbulkan sakit maag, seperti pedas, santan, asam, roti, kopi, makanan instan, teh, produk susu.
3. Berhenti makan sebelum kenyang dan makanlah apabila sudah jamnya makan sekalipun merasa kenyang atau tidak lapar. Kondisi kekenyangan malah dapat memicu sakit maag.
4. Hindari tidur sehabis makan, berikan jarak 2 jam setelah makan baru boleh tidur.
5. Hindari bergadang, kondisi bergadang akan memicu lambung memproduksi asam lambung lebih banyak lagi.
6. Hindari stress
7. Istirahat dan tidur yang cukup
8.Banyak minum air putih
9. Olahraga teratur
