halo kak terimakasih sudah bertanya di Dietducate. boleh tapi tidak boleh terlalu banyak ya frekuensi nya seminggu 1-2x saja, porsinya 1-2x saja dlm sehari sekitar 2 sendok sayur masih tidak masalah.. asam urat yang paling tinggi ada di kaldu segala jenis kaldu seperti soto, bakso, kuah rawon, tengkleng, jeroan seperti hati ayam, otak dan makanan olahan seperti sarden sebaiknya dihindari dulu, kemudian untuk kacang2an seperti kacang tanah, tempe tahu bila dikonsumsi berlebihan misal sehari2- 3x selama seminggu full tidak dianjurkan, selang seling saja.
Atasi asam urat dengan terapi obat-obatan yang sudah dikonsultasikan ke dokter, minum air putih yang banyak (indikator urin tidak keruh), hindari makanan yang menambah asam urat yg sudah saya jelaskan, semoga membantu 😊,
