Halo kak terimakasih sudah bertanya di Dietducate. Maagnya seperti apa? ada dispesia, GERD, gastritis, luka lambung dll sampai kram dan diare atau bagaimana? Mohon konsultasikan keluhannya ke dokter ya.
Pada dasarnya sembuhkan maagnya dulu agar penyerapan gizi tidak terganggu.
Anjuran :
1. Wajib makan teratur tidak skip makanan, 3x makan utama jam 06.00. 12.00 dan 18.00, 2-3x snack 09.00, 15.00.
2. hindari sementara waktu makanan yang memicu iritasi lambung, seperti :
a.makanan pedas,
b. makanan berlemak/minyak banyak seperti nasi uduk, nasi goreng, gorengan, nasi padang, mie goreng/rebus
c. makanan yang asam, makanan berserat tinggi : daun pepaya, daun singkong,
d.ultra processed food seperti sosis, nuget.
e. kopi, kafein, minuman soda dan minuman coklat
Contoh menu yang tidak mengiritasi lambung 1500 kal*kalori tiap orang mungkin berbeda disesuaikan BB, TB, usia serta aktivitas fisik

Makan siang 12.00 : nasi putih 2 centong magic com ceper 100 gr, sop ayam isian ayam dada 1 buah, wortel, tahu 1 buah porsi 1 mangkuk, buah melon -> 400 kal
Selingan 15.00: rolade tahu ayam kukus 2 potong 150 kal
Makan malam 18.00 : nasi 1,5 centong magic com ceper 50-70 gr, pepes ikan kakap+tahu 1 buah, 1 mangkok sayur bayam (jagung+oyong), buah pepaya 1 potong -> 400 kal
Snack malam : puding roti 100 kalori
