_ Hal tersebut hanyalah Mitos bagi orang yg tidak mempunyai Riwayat Alergi terhadap kacang ya...
_ Faktanya adalah kacang mengandung banyak asam lemak omega 3 yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi inflamasi / peradangan di sekitar kelenjar minyak. Dengan demikian kacang justru bisa membantu mencegah jerawat. Beberapa makanan yang sebaiknya tidak dimakan secara berlebihan agar tidak berjerawat yaitu keripik kentang, kentang goreng, roti, cabai, kue, soda, jus buah yang dicampur susu dan gula, susu, keju, dan produk olahan susu yang lain. Susu dan keju merupakan makanan yang sehat karena tinggi kalsium namun sebaiknya dikonsumsi secukupnya saja. Jus buah akan lebih sehat apabila tidak ditambah susu dan gula.
_Namun hal tersebut berlaku bagi orang yang tidak punya alergi kacang. Jika Anda punya riwayat alergi kacang, sebaiknya memang menghindari konsumsi kacang. Pada orang yang alergi kacang > konsumsi kacang memang bisa mencetuskan jerawat.
_Selain itu untuk mencegah jerawat, sebaiknya Anda menjaga kebersihan muka, cuci muka 2x sehari dengan sabun, jangan menyentuh wajah sebelum cuci tangan, jangan memencet jerawat, dan hindari stress ya.
