Apakah iya daging ayam.mentah gak usah dicuci dulu biar bakterinya gak nyiprat2? Trus kalau gak boleh diapain dong? Belinya di pasar, kotor, banyak kotoran nempel, belum lagi kotoran ayam, gimana ngebersihinnya? Terima kasih Kak

Terima kasih sudah bertanya di Dietducate. Daging harus dicuci terlebih dahulu dengan air mengalir sebelum dibumbui dan diolah untuk menghilangkan kotoran dan bakteri. Agar makanan lain tidak terciprat, jauhkan bahan pangan/makanan bersih dengan tempat pencucian.
