_Demi meningkatkan cita rasa dan kelezatannya, beberapa masakan diolah dengan campuran santan. Opor, lodeh, hingga kudapan seperti kolak atau minuman segar seperti es cendol pun mengandung santan untuk membuat rasanya semakin enak.
