selama telur yang dikonsumsi matang, seharusnya tidak ada masalah. karena telur mengandung protein, lemak dan kalsium serta vitamin lainnya yang baik dikonsumsi oleh anak dalam masa pertumbuhan. dan khususnya di berikan pada anak yang mulai diberikan makanan pendamping ASI. tidak disarankan diberikan pada individu yang sedang tidak dalam masa pertumbuhan, karena menimnbulkan kolesterol.
