Hallo Kak Latifa,,, Terimakasih sudah bertanya di Dietducate: _Jawabannya mitos ya kak... _Konsumsi bayam tiap hari baik bila memperhatikan kebutuhan perhari dan harus memperhatikan juga bagaimana memilih bayam yang segar serta cara pengolahan yang benar untuk mendapatkan kandungan Gizi maksimal.  Pastikan tidak merebus bayam terlalu lama atau tidak menumisnya dalam suhu terlalu tinggi karena dapat merusak zat-zat gizi yang terkandung di dalamnya.  Sekian jawaban dri saya🙂
