Anak saya usia 7 thn 2 bln. Bbnya saat ini 35,4kg.
Apakah bisa di berikan saran diet terbaik dengan mealplan yg minim resiko untik dier anak seusia tsb?
berikut adalah beberapa tips yg bisa dicoba untuk pencegahan obesitas pada anak berdasarkan panduan Kemenkes (2018) :
1. Makan secara teratur / terjadwal : Membantu menjaga metabolisme anak tetap stabil dan mencegah rasa lapar berlebihan yang bisa memicu makan berlebih.
2. Biasakan selalu sarapan sehat: Sarapan memberikan energi untuk memulai hari dan membantu anak tetap fokus di sekolah. Sarapan sehat juga bisa mencegah ngemil yang tidak sehat.
3. Biasakan untuk membawa bekal makanan sehat dan air putih dari rumah
4. Batasi makanan siap saji dan pangan olahan, jajanan, dan makanan selingan yang manis, asin, dan berlemak. Hindari minuman ringan dan bersoda.
5.Perbanyak konsumsi sayuran dan cukup buah-buahan (dalam bentuk buah segar tanpa tambahan gula/yang diawetkan)
6. Berikan batasan waktu pada anak untuk bermain handphone, komputer, dan menonton tv.
7.Melakukan aktifitas fisik di luar ruangan seperti jalan kaki, bulu tangkis, naik sepeda, dan bisa juga berenang
