energi, protein,lemak,karbohidrat,vitamin,mineral dan serat cukup. tidak di anjurkan: produk olahan di buat dengan garam dapur,soda/baking powder, kue yg terlalu manis dan gurih.daging sapi dan ayam berlemak, sayuran yg menimbulkan gas, seperti sawi, kol, kembang kol dan lobak. sayuran berserat tinggi seperti daun singkong, daun katuk daun melinjo dan pare. buah yang bergas seperti nangka dan durian buah yg di awetkan.
